Hi, I’m Angela! I’m a Kansas native, real estate professional, investor, and renovation enthusiast who loves bringing homes back to life. My husband and I renovate properties together, and I’ve spent years as a landlord and short-term rental host creating spaces that feel welcoming, thoughtful, and beautifully designed. I believe where you stay should feel intentional — comfortable beds, great coffee, charming details, and everything you need to truly relax. When I’m not working on homes, you’ll find me gardening, singing, or chasing adventures with our four kids. I’m so glad you’re here and can’t wait to host you.

The home has been recently renovated to add modern conveniences while keeping the original charm of 1920s America.
Enjoy coffee on the front or back covered front porches or walk downtown for a fresh cup. On the first floor you will find formal living and dining rooms, updated kitchen and full bath with shower-over-tub. The living room features a sleeper sofa, comfy chair, smart TV, vintage radio with record player, games, and a library. A gorgeous glass chandelier will greet you in the formal dining room which has seating for eight as well as a window seat and dedicated workspace with desk, lamp and adjustable height chair, and router. Our farmhouse kitchen is fully stocked and room at the island for a quick breakfast or extra helpers to sit and chat.
The upper level has three private bedrooms with closets and a hall bathroom with a tiled shower.
Please note that both entrances to the home have steps. On the main level is a full bath and sleeper sofa, but all bedrooms are on the second level and require guests to be able to climb a full staircase.
